McDonald's Dunk?
I'm currently at McDonald's troubleshooting my website's issues due to how AI messed up the code earlier. In case you didn't know, the whole coding using AI thing has currently blown out of proportion. They call it vibe coding, and more people are trying their hand at building apps without any developer experience. Some have built apps that could help ease your life, while others have built apps for the sake of building one. Not MVP worthy, and secrets are exposed on the frontend.
There are a lot of vibe coding horror stories you can read on r/vibecoding on Reddit. There are also tips and tricks you can gain there since some of the members are also developers themselves, dipping their hands in vibe coding. I'm not going to deny that I've also been vibe coding some, if not all, of my apps nowadays. I've built automation scripts at work, this website was fixed via vibe coding, and I have an attendance app that's purely vibe coded. If I took the normal route, it would've taken me months to complete one project.
But vibe coding is not the point of this post.
While getting my usual coffee, I was curious about a small banner when you order: "Choose your dunk." I was like, "Huh?" Then I picked a cheeseburger, chose chili con carne, then small fries, and a large coffee. Got my tent number (or table number) and paid for my food.

My order came a little later than expected due to a confusion with my tent number. I don’t know why they called number 10 when clearly I’m number 30. But I shrugged it off since I was too busy fixing my website and migrating content.
I'm not going to lie, the chili con carne tasted good. Since there was more than enough chili con carne for a small cheeseburger, you can use it to dip your fries. I looked into the McDonald’s website, and it said, “It’s back,” meaning it was launched a long time ago that I wasn’t aware of.
Anyway, it’s superb! For someone who’s into Mexican food, the burger dipping was something unusual, but I’m going to repeat it again: the chili con carne was outstanding!
