Hey, my name is Jonathan, and welcome to my digital garden.

I started blogging when I was in high school using Xanga. My friends and classmates were updating their lives, so why not join the bandwagon? Unfortunately, when Xanga closed down, I wasn’t able to save my posts.

My friends moved to Multiply when we were in college, where not only did they share their blogs but also photos and the things they sell. When Multiply was shut down last 2013, most of us were caught off guard. With the same fate as Xanga, most of us weren’t able to save our stuff.

I also tried WordPress back in college as well, where I was able to earn money by posting reviews. I got my jobs from Smorty and Pay Per Post, which ranged from $5 to $25, depending on the number of words and the topic.

I’m currently working my way into writing again through this website. When I’m not writing, I work as a supervisor of a video editing team. It has its challenges, but it made my job as interesting as it can get.
